Once again, I thank *guitarjohnny for the use of his photograph Daydream . He is an amazing wildlife photographer!

Ok. Technical. I used pastels on this, and some watered down acrylic on the eyes. I got a little lazy with the fur on the body, and lost a lot of detail. I think that the eyes might be too bright. And I know that I didn't get the shadows and highlights right from the photo. But overall, I am really pleased with how this turned out. Like someone said before on my otter drawing, it is not supposed to be a photograph . Color was slightly adjusted on photoshop because of crappy scanner. Maybe 3 to 4 hours working on this. I lost track of time.

I might decide to put a background on this later. Right now, I am just going to leave it like this.
